  1. Has the Courier City Beat and the Claremont Police Department completely given up trying to find Alan's killer?

  2. I recently asked a Claremont police detective about Mr. Lindley's case. There doesn't appear to be any new information to report. Police initially found fingerprints in his home but the prints did not match in any databases. Unfortunately, with no new information, I don't think much is happening now since the initial investigation.

If you or any readers have any pertinent information to share, please contact the Claremont Police Department. The smallest tip sometimes can break open a cold case.

Of course, you can contact me too (909)621-4761. I'm just as interested as Claremont police in getting this case solved.

  3. I am an old friend of Alan Lindley. Had lost touch with him years ago...last time I saw him was 1981 or 82. I just found out about this today, & am completely shocked. I've been online for hours trying to find out anything else about his death.....do you have any more information? Rhea Zollo Sheets rzollos@hotmail.com
