The
Claremont Chamber of Commerce is providing incentive to shop local this holiday
season. On December 6 and 7, Claremont shoppers will have the opportunity to
participate in a holiday shopping scavenger hunt with participating businesses
throughout the Claremont Village.
To
participate, shoppers should visit city hall or the Hughes center to pick up a scavenger hunt card. Bring the card ten of the participating
businesses, and have them mark your card. Once your card is filled, take it to
Stamp Your Heart Out, Maple Boutique or Bert & Rocky’s by Saturday,
December 7 to be entered to win a prize. The prize drawing will take place on
Monday, December 9 and the winner will be notified by phone.
If you don't get lucky with the scavenger hunt, you might find fortune with another Chamber holiday promotion. Save your receipts when you shop Claremont businesses from November 18 through December 20. Once you spend $100, turn your receipts in to the Claremont Chamber, 205 Yale Ave., or The Bath Workshop, 175 N. Indian Hill Blvd. for a chance to win prizes like an Apple iPad and Claremont Chamber gift cards. Drawings will be held on Monday, December 23 at noon.
