Claremont to host Drug Take Back Day

The city of Claremont, in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, will host its second annual Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, September 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Claremont Police Department. 

The CPD's free and anonymous service event is one of numerous sites being set up across southern California in an attempt to prevent drug abuse and theft. Unwanted pills can be dropped off in a designated container located within the front lobby with no appointment necessary. CPD is located at 570 W.
