Weekend meditation class to welcome in 2013

Join Yael Steinfeld RNP, MSN and certified ayurvedic practitioner in welcoming 2013 with a pranayama and meditation this Sunday, January 6 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at 226 W. Foothill Blvd. Open discussion and questions are also welcome. 

 Ms. Steinfeld maintains practices in both Claremont and Glendora, giving interactive presentations about Ayurveda, a Hindu holistic healing method.
