Golden State Water Company has begun work on a new well in Claremont, to be located at 2273 N. Indian Hill Blvd. Construction is expected to be complete by the end of January 2014.
Though construction crews will be working on the new well between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Indian Hill Boulevard is expected to remain open to traffic. Parking, on the other hand, may be a problem, as will noise. Golden State advises locals that there may be an increased noise level due to the excavators, backhoes and dump trucks associated with this project.
