Talk taxes at Monday's Democratic club meeting

The Democratic Club of Claremont hosts Sand Brim, director of strategic campaigns for the California Nurses Association and the  National Nurses Union, at its monthly meeting to take place this Monday, April 29. 

Ms. Brim, a a member of the Robin Hood Tax Campaign's steering committee, will give a talk on, "The Robin Hood Tax: not a tax on the people but a tax FOR the people." 

The meeting takes place at 7 p.m. at Pilgrim Place's Porter Hall. There will be a business meeting for members following the presentation and the discussion.  All are invited.
