Rock away the back to school blues tonight in the Village

The end of "summer" is looming in Claremont with the kids heading back to school this Wednesday, August 28. In a last farewell to the summer season, if not the heat waves, bring the kids down to the Claremont Village tonight for Friday Nights Live with live musical performances throughout downtown. The Amanda Castro Band, playing 30s and 40s tunes, will perform in from of the Claremont Chamber, the Working Poets Band will be rocking out in front of City Hall while Remember Then throws out some oldies but goodies at the Plaza in Village West.
