Claremont police aid ailing train conductor

A Metrolink train came to an emergency stop at the Depot last night in order to attend to medical issues for the train’s conductor.

Claremont Police and the Los Angeles County Sherriff's Department responded to the Depot at 200 W. First St. around 7:15 p.m. to help the train’s conductor, who was feeling ill. The conductor was transported to the hospital for an unknown medical reason, according to Sergeant Jason Walters with the Claremont Police Department.
